Hire Requirements

The radrock climbing adventure

Once a booking is received and confirmed by payment of a 50% deposit we will schedule your event into our calendar.

Two weeks prior to the event we will confirm the date, time and your requirements for the day as well as site access. If necessary a site inspection can be carried out to confirm our access and space requirements.

On the day of your event, we will arrive approx. 1hr prior to your booking time, set up the wall and safety barriers in the designated area and be ready for operation at your confirmed starting time. All we need is a solid, level site of approximately 10mtrs by 20mtrs (if you have booked both Climbing and Extreme Air) or a 10mtr by 5mtr site for climbing only. We do not need power or any other service to operate as the wall is self sufficient. In order to get the wall on site, our tow vehicle will require access of 3mtrs wide by 2.5mtrs high and the site must be level and clear of obstructions such as power lines or trees to a height of approx. 9mtrs. The wall has no noisy generator and does not pollute or damage the environment.

We will provide all equipment and accessories required for the activity, trained staff for the operation of the activity and Public Liability Insurance.

All climbers or jumpers are timed and generally a three minute activity time is allowed per person. This timing can be changed at your request, however, we find this is the optimum time frame for the activity and to allow a large number of people to enjoy the experience and eleviate long waiting queues.

Our friendly staff will do their utmost to ensure your booking runs smoothly. The name of our team leader for the day will be notified to you and it is that person's responsibility to make decisions as to operation of the wall especially relating to weather conditions. Please read the booking agreement with regard to cancellations and bad weather policy.
