I am the Assistant Community Development Officer for the Shire of Derby/West Kimberley. I am responsible for the planning and execution of our free school holiday program we providefor the youth in the Shire of Derby/West Kimberley.
Radrock came to our Youth Centre as a part of our school holiday
program and went to Fitzroy Crossing . We had hired them for 5 hours in
Derby and then another 5 hours in Fitzroy Crossing for the past two years. The staff came to our venue and set up with no assistance needed from our staff. We had a steady flow of children throughout theday. The staff did not stop and remained enthusiastic throughout the day. Radrock finished five hours later with still a large line of keen children.At all times the staff were professional and friendly. The staff were self-sufficient and easy to communicate with during the booking process and on the day of the activity. We found the pricing very reasonable for the activity. The Radrock staff were great with the children asour children can be difficult. Many parents and guardians commented on the success of the activity and thoroughly enjoyed watching their children climb the wall. All the parties that were involved with the rock climbing activity found it to be successful. The children enjoyedthemselves and were asking when the company was coming back as part of the school holiday program.
